Introduction

This policy applies to the mobile applications published by Berry Simple Works LLC ("we", "us", or "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It explains what information those apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Individual apps may include more specific information within the app itself; that information applies where it is shown.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising identifiers to track you for ad targeting.

Information the app collects

Depending on the app, the information we collect may include:

• Information you submit — your name, email address, and message contents when you use a contact or support feature in an app;
• Account details — email address and profile information if the app offers accounts and you create one;
• Usage and diagnostics — crash and performance reports reported by the operating system's built-in app store reporting where enabled;
• Transaction records — records of purchases or subscriptions made through the app, provided by Apple or Google.

How we use your information

We use the information collected by our apps to:

• Provide, operate, and keep the apps working;
• Respond to support requests and messages you send us;
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or subscriptions;

Accounts and account deletion

For apps that offer accounts, you can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time — either in the app, when that option is available, or by contacting us using the details below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to records we are required to keep.

Third-party services

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and may use third-party services to operate — for example, app store services, push notification providers, payment processing (Apple or Google billing), cloud hosting, and crash reporting. These services process data only to provide their function and are subject to their own policies.

Data retention and security

We keep the information our apps collect only as long as needed to provide the app, to respond to you, and to maintain reasonable records. We use reasonable precautions, including encrypted connections, to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date, and where changes are significant, we may notify you within the app.
